• Fees for commercial debts recovery

Our fees are very competitive and are calculated considering the due date of the debt and the amount recovered by our client, as follows:

Debts due for less than 6 months – 8,5 % of the recovered amount

Debts due for more than 6 months but less than 1 year – 12 % of the recovered amount

Debts due for more than 1 year but less than 2 years – 18 % of the recovered amount

Debts due for more than 2 years but less than 3 years – 25 % of the recovered amount

Debts due for 3 years or more – 35 % of the recovered amount

For procedures against debtors outside of Romania we require a an additional 5% of the recovered amount.

For debts larger than 200.000 Euros and for clients with long term agreements, we can negotiate lower fees than the above.

The fees include all taxes and tariffs due to the authorities (Trade Registry, Land Book, Police, Fiscal Authorities, People’s Registry etc.) but do not include bailiff fees, court stamp duty and bails. VAT will be added to the fees.

  • Fees for Asset tracing, seizing and recovery

Fees for asset tracing, seizing and recovery will be negotiated according to the specifics of the case, the need for tracing services, the condition of the asset, its location, the specialised personnel needed to operate or transport it, the storage and protection fees etc.

  • Fees for Receivership and management of assets

When acting as receiver and manager for revenue producing assets (e.g. agricultural lands, hotels, office buildings etc) the standard fee is 10 % of the revenues.
